TCG, imports and preorders: the useful answers
The short version of the questions that tend to come up before buying a booster box, pack or imported collectible.
Are imported products new?
Yes, unless the product page clearly says otherwise. We show the language, original market and known packaging differences whenever that information is available.
Is the content of a booster box guaranteed?
No. The contents of a sealed product are random and decided by the manufacturer. A card gallery describes a set; it does not guarantee that a particular card will be inside one booster box.
How does a preorder work?
A preorder reserves a product before its official release. The date shown is an estimate and may move if the manufacturer or distributor changes the schedule.
Which language will I receive?
The product page shows the language and market whenever that information is available. Check that line before ordering an Asian import.
Can I return a sealed product?
The statutory withdrawal right applies under its legal conditions, but a product that has been unsealed, opened or has damaged wrapping cannot be returned as an intact item. See the shipping and returns page for details.
How do I ask about an order?
Email [email protected] or use the contact form. Add your order number if your question concerns a purchase you have already made.
