Shipping and returns: the rules before you order
The exact delivery method and price appear before payment, based on your address and the available carrier. These are the essential rules for imported, sealed TCG products.
Shipping
Your order is delivered to the address entered at checkout. Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by the carrier or force majeure. Mondial Relay may be offered depending on the country and address.
Preorders
A preorder reserves a product before its official release. The date may move if the manufacturer or distributor changes the schedule. The product page and order summary remain your reference points.
Right of withdrawal
The statutory withdrawal period is 14 days from delivery, subject to the exceptions in the terms and conditions. Email contact@grokachu.fr to request return instructions.
Sealed products
A booster box, pack, collection box or blister that has been unsealed, opened or has damaged wrapping cannot be returned as an intact product. Check the parcel on arrival and keep useful photos if anything looks wrong.
Claims
For a damaged parcel or packing mistake, contact support quickly with photos of the packaging and contents. The terms and conditions set out the applicable time limits, warranties and process.
